Coincidence is a funny thing. What makes you do what you do when you do it? There are so many ways things in your life could change just based on a small decision. My story today, isn’t one with epic consequences. Instead its the conclusion to a story that started back in February during the Olympics.
I was on the skytrain, flipping through the Metro on the way to work when I stopped briefly in the “Relationship” section. Normally I read the news then skip the next couple of sections and flip to the sudoku page. But something on that day made me stop and read this article. Remember that couple (scroll down to the very end of the post) I saw get engage over Robson square on the zipline on Valentine’s Day? Well turns out it was real. I had spent some time speculating if maybe it was one of those improv things… But that day on the skytrain in the Metro paper, there was an article about the couple.
I’m happy to know that it was real. Pretty cool stuff!
