I went down to the states for a couple days to visit J. before he deployed. It was an interesting trip. He showed me around the island a bit, I met a couple of his coworkers, and went down to Seattle for a day trip. I think this trip gave me a bit of closure. Where he lives is gorgeous though and the weather couldn’t have been better – except for the day in Seattle >.<”
