YAY!! Finally done for the semester! Last day of classes was pretty brutal. Had a presentation, essay and a final. But now that I've free from classes, it totally doesn't matter!! Next, I'll have to study for my 3 upcoming exams. =S But that can happen after the weekend is over.
So today I'm going to be heading over to Salt Spring Island with P. We're gonna pamper ourselves at a spa over there - get a professional massage! Definitely going to check out the island and explore. SEAFOOD!!
I might be going elsewhere this long weekend too. I kinda want to go on a day trip up to Nanaimo or something, but nothing is set in stone quite yet.
Registration for NLDC closed 2 days ago. Definitely was pissed. I was gonna register that day too!! But I didn't have the password and communication got lost. So end result? Me didn't register. WHAAAAAAAAAA!! I really wanted to go too! But not all hope is lost. Still trying to pull a few strings. Something might work out, who knows? Last year, when I went to NLDC, I went as a CD member so I know nothing about MD. The good thing is that most of my team will be going and they'll learn tons.
The next BIG thing I gotta start worrying about is finding a FULL time coop-esque job. Need at least 455 hours (I think!) in order to complete the requirements.
